| Two Thursdays Class “Communicating with Compassion” This is a one day per week class! Facilitated by Ken Rosevear, Jean Bell and Gwen Murphy February 28 & March 6 ~ 9:30am-3:00pm (bring a sack lunch) On February 28 and March 6, Ken Rosevear, Jean Bell and Gwen Murphy will present a two day class on communicating with compassion. You will learn techniques to express yourself so others will understand you and want to help you meet your needs. This class is for you if you want to get better at staying present, connected and focused on compassion in any situation. - Learn about observations, feelings, needs and clear requests.
- Build skills for more satisfying relationships and effective conflict resolution.
- Learn and practice ways to deal with “difficult” people.
