I know that my highest self is always ready to lift me up beyond the world I experience with my senses. I know I can connect my mind with the divine mind and guarantee myself peace in any moment. I know I am strengthened as I seek to make truth my personal reality.

What freedoms have you been pursuing outside yourself? Chemical freedom? Sexual freedom? Financial freedom?

Remember when you achieved something you had thought would be the answer to your quest for peace and freedom. Were you free? How long did the sense of freedom and peace last?

Notice if any of the following ego messages are operating to bring turmoil to your life:

• confronting and arguing

• competing and comparing

• chasing and striving

• worrying

• saying “notice me”

• giving yourself deadlines and pressures

• accumulating and acquiring

• chattering to yourself

• rejoicing in the troubles of others

How might you release these practices & bring more peace to your life?

Peace comes through truth; there is a loving presence inside which truth will free. What are ways your ego tempts us to lie? What are the “rewards?” How can we embrace truth full time?

PEACE

On my sacred quest I easily and effortlessly embrace peace. I know peace is not the absence of conflict. I experience peace through the presence the God. Whatever I think, say or do, if it brings me a sense of peace, then I know I am expressing my higher self.
